Eminence, KY is steeped in restoration history. Aylette Raines and his son-in-law, W.S. Giltner. Also buried there is R.C. Rice and Prof. F. Varnshcin. The Eminence College was closeby.

After being away from the task for a few weeks, I now post audio of the next section of Aylette Raines’ “A Refutation of the Doctrine of Total Hereditary Depravity.” This section is Part 2 of “Reasons for not Believing the Doctrine…” Even if this book is nearly two centuries old (pub. 1833), it is a masterful work that is still pertinent and valuable.
